Thank you for your question. The Vela II LED Parking Lot Light - 240W - 34,888 Lumens cannot be mounted directly onto a 3.5” outer diameter steel pipe. It requires a 4" round or square tenon for proper installation and must be ordered with a slipfitter mount to work with the tenon adapter ( the price includes a mounting bracket).
To mount it on your 3.5" OD pipe, you will need one of the following tenon adapters:
