Two things please... 4FT LED Strip Fixture - 45W/36W/27W/18W - Up to 6200 Lumens - 50K/40K/30K - 120-277V - Dimmable

Hi! I see you are sold out of a lot of other garage lights but those products received great reviews. So I'm considering this model. Two things: 1) Other models required a mounting plate for flush ceiling mounting. I do not see that listed below under "accessories". Does this model require a mounting bracket or plate or whatever for flush mounting to a garage ceiling? 2) This is hardwired installation correct? NO plug correct? Thank you for your time concerning these questions.
