Thank you for your question! The reason you can only order 4 units is because we currently have only 4 pieces of the non–emergency battery version in stock. We are restocking this model, but the estimated lead time is about 8 weeks.
If you need more than 4 units right away, we do have the version with the emergency battery pre-installed available in stock at this time.
