Thank you for your great question. The coverage of a 150W flood light depends largely on the tilt angle after installation, but we can give you a practical reference.
At a 20 ft mounting height with a typical ~30° tilt angle:

You can expect roughly 80 ft side-to-side coverage

About 60 ft of forward throw

Light level at the far edge would be around 0.5 foot-candles
That’s generally enough to cover a large driveway, yard, or open area.
That said, I do want to mention one thing for your application: A 150W LED flood is often much brighter than a 175W mercury vapor fixture.
