That’s within a 15A service. (As a best practice for continuous loads, electricians often keep circuits at ~80% capacity, and 7.64A is still comfortably below that.)
As for 16 ft ceiling height: it’s not “too close” from a safety standpoint, but it may feel too bright/glary at that mounting height depending on the optic and how many fixtures you’re using. For a 16 ft ceiling, we typically recommend stepping down to a lower wattage option, or go to 150W version:
