What is the dimensions of the mounting section?

For model Konlite LED Dusk to Dawn Light - 45W - 6,200 LM Max - 4 Watts Selectable - 5000K/4000K/3000K - 120-277V - 150W Equal KONLITESKU: RDBL02050455KNPWMLCS SEARCH CODE: 20-0301 it is rated to be set 10 to 20 foot off the ground. If the mounting section is approximately 3 inches from the bottom two mounting screws to the top xxxx , then from the bottom of the mounting section I have just a few inches over 7 foot clearance and I might even add some dirt from the bottom of my door, which would make it maybe even 6 1/2 feet clearance (and I’d add dude just to make it a little less distance to step down from the way my shed is installed right now). Since that is under 10 foot minimum recommended what problems or such issues could occur?

Thank you for your question. If the fixture will be mounted approximately 6.5–7 feet above the ground, we recommend choosing a residential flood light instead. This commercial dusk-to-dawn fixture is designed to provide broad area illumination from higher mounting heights, and installing it too low may result in excessive glare.
