Yes, this architectural linear light can be suspension-mounted from a sloped ceiling. The suspension cables are independently adjustable, so the cable lengths can be adjusted to keep the fixture level even when the ceiling is sloped. The installation guide shows the adjustable steel cable mounting system on page 2.
Regarding the exposed wiring shown in Step 8 ( assuming you were referring to this page ), the installation guide recommends using conduit to protect and organize the wires if needed, but the conduit/ceiling wire cover is not included with the fixture.

For a sloped ceiling, however, suspension mounting is generally the better option, since the adjustable cables allow the fixture itself to remain level.
